The line is open for calls:
From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Monday through Friday
From 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday
From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday
* Customer Service Representatives are available for calls from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
A Simple System
1. From a touch-tone phone, call 1(800) 621-6323.
2. Access the system by entering either your Social Security number or claim number.
3. Follow the prompts through the system to receive the information you want on the status of your account.
If you have difficulty in accessing your claim while using the system:
Press " * " at any time to get a Customer Service Representative.
When the prompts provide the options, you can:
Press " 5 " to return to the main menu.
Press " 9 " to exit the system and disconnect.
Press " 8 " to leave a message.
