Reach Out and Check Your Credit Disability Claim
in a Matter of Seconds

New Convenience Through CUNA Mutual's Interactive Information Service
and Your Touch-Tone Phone

Now you can check the status of your Credit Disability claim
simply by using a touch-tone phone through an interactive voice response system.

Regardless of your claim status, the new system can
provide you with current information.

It has been designed to save time, extend hours, and make more Customer Service.

Representatives available to answer questions and solve problems.

Extended Hours (Central Standard Time)

The line is open for calls:
From 7 a.m. to Midnight Monday through Friday
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday
From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday

* Customer Service Representatives are available for calls from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A Simple System

1. From a touch-tone phone, call 1-800-621-6323
2. Access the system by entering either your Social Security number or claim number.
3. Follow the prompts through the system to receive
the information you want on the status of your account.

If you have difficulty in accessing your claim while using the system:

Press " * " at any time to get a Customer Service Representative.
When the prompts provide the options, you can:

Press " 5 " to return to the main menu.
Press " 9 " to exit the system and disconnect.
Press " 8 " to leave a message.
