Bill Pay Instructions
Did you know that our Internet Branching has a special feature that allows you to pay all of your bills without writing a check, licking envelopes or using stamps? Bill Pay Service is a convenient way to pay your bills directly from your account. It's also very easy to use! Once you've logged yourself on the site, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the Pay Bills button at the top menu.
2. On the left hand side click on the Payees button. This screen will produce a table of accounts you want to pay. Simply enter the name, address, and account number of the account you want to pay for each individual bill you might want to pay.
3. Once you've entered all of your Payees, click on the Scheduled Payments button on the left hand side. This will produce a screen that asks who you want to pay, the Credit Union account we should draft the payment from and how much you want to pay.
4. The other feature of this screen is that you can set up payments to be made at the same time every week, two weeks, or month, or you can set up the payment to be made at your request only and change the set up in the future at your convenience. A good example of this is a utility bill. While the bill may be $85 this month, next month it may be $75. So you would set this up as a one-time-only payment until you get your next bill. Your rent or mortgage payment is a good example of a payment you could set up to pay automatically at the same time each month for the same amount.

That's it! You've set your bills up to pay directly from your NPFCU account! Just a couple of other hints:

1. The date you set up a payment to be drafted needs to be around seven days before it is due.
2. If the company you are paying accepts electronic payments, your payment will usually arrive within a day or two.
3. If the payee does not accept electronic payments, then we will produce a check and mail it.
