New Federal Regulation
Due to new federal regulations, the actual payment due date on your open-end loan must be conspicuously identified on your statement. Please continue to make the payments to the Credit Union in the same manner as you always have. Notice of your next payment due dates will appear on your next quarterly statement.

Phone Access Changes April 1, 2010
In order to adequately serve the member of Northern Piedmont FCU, office locations will not be accessible by phone until 9:00 a.m. Monday - Saturday. Drive up services will continue to open at 8:00 a.m. each business day in order to provide convenience and credit union access to members.
