The annual percentage rate may increase during the term of this transaction if the dividend rate being paid on the shares or certificate offered as security (index) changes. We add a margin of 3.00% to the index. The index for the share secured loans is subject to change on the 1st day of each month. The rate of certificate secured loans subject to change at time of renewal. Failure to maintain the required security will result in default. Certificates offered as security must be renewed until the loan is completely paid.
